Returns & Exchanges

Can I return an item?
Yes — returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Email info@Coalvane.com and we'll send you instructions.

Can I cancel my order?
You've got 5 minutes after placing it. After that, it's already moving into processing. Email us right away if you need to cancel.

What if it doesn't fit?
Check the size chart on the product page before you order — it's real measurements, taken from the garment. If it's still not right once it arrives, return it within 30 days.

What about a damaged or defective item?
Send us clear photo or video proof and we'll get a free replacement out to you — that's how we handle it, no back-and-forth needed.
