Processing & Delivery
- Processing: 1–3 business days after you place your order
- Delivery: 6–10 business days after your order ships
Once your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.
Note: Delays can happen around high shipping volume, weather, or overloaded local couriers — none of which we control. Plan for a bit more time during peak seasons.

Received a Damaged or Defective Item?
Send us clear photo or video proof and we'll send a free replacement — that's the resolution we offer for damaged or defective items.

Package Lost?
