3. Products & Pricing

We describe our products as accurately as we can, including materials, fit, and sizing. Product photos are a true representation of the item, though display settings can cause minor color variation. Prices are shown in US dollars at checkout and include free shipping to US addresses. Obvious pricing or listing errors don't obligate us to honor an incorrect price.

4. Orders & Payment

An order is placed once you complete checkout and receive an order confirmation email. We accept Apple Pay, Diners Club, Discover, Google Pay, Mastercard, Shop Pay, and Visa. Payment is processed securely at checkout.

You can cancel an order within 5 minutes of placing it by emailing info@Coalvane.com. After that, the order moves into processing and can no longer be canceled.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed in 1–3 business days and typically arrive 6–10 business days after shipment. Full details are on our Shipping policy page.

6. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, under the terms set out on our Return and refund policy page, including our re-stocking fee on returned, refused, or abandoned orders and our replacement-only policy for damaged or defective items.

7. Product Availability

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item you ordered turns out to be unavailable, we'll notify you and refund any payment made for it.

8. Limitation of Liability

We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of our products or our website, beyond what's required by law.

9. Governing Law & Disputes
